Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you all know that your doing a darn fine job. Your choice of topics remains fresh and enjoyable. The banter between you guys is comical and natural. You make us feel like we(the audience) is just hanging out with our buddies. Please don't be discouraged by the lack of feedback. People are lazy. Have a good one.
No, wait, I'm a fan, so you don't suck. Wrong podcast. Sorry, won't happen again.
Anyway, I don' t know what you're supposed to do -- if I did, I'd seriously consider doing it. But a sneaking suspicion, well two: you're doing something very right, because you have a solid audience. More audience is new audience, and new audience means New Stuff, and not just a variation on the theme. Then you gotta ask yourself, is the New Stuff part of your show, or are you starting a new show and hoping your old audience sticks with you?
You might try an experimental sub-feed or three, with new stuff you wanted to try someday, but didn't want to mess with what worked. Possibly later, you revise and expand as Congress puts it. Maybe make that part of your core feed.
You could experiment with a sample feed, as in: various fans put together their 60 seconds of fame, you compile them into a full X minutes for the feed. You draw upon your community of brilliance, and create a spinoff, that may become part of the core program, later.
