In a landmark decision, the US Supreme Court ruled Friday that the Beatles were wrong. Writing the majority opinion, Justice Oliver Wendell Jones ruled, "Yes, the Beatles were wrong. Everything they wrote, did or said was simply wrong... and it's unlawful to yell 'HELP!' in a crowded theater."

In the dissenting opinion, Justice John Bonham Carter stated that the Beatles "while clearly out of bounds on many releases, including 'Oh Blah Dee Blah Blah Blah' (sic), Get Back, and the whole Ringo thing" he could not find any reason to say that on the whole they were wrong. However, if they were truly wrong then he didn't "want to be right".
